About Us
Victor Badminton Club is Moldova's oldest and largest badminton organization, officially registered in 2002 but operating since 1967 when founder Ivan Petrovich Lesnik established the first badminton courts in Valea Morilor Park, Chișinău. The club is a non-profit, non-governmental community organization open to all ages and skill levels. With approximately 500 registered members over the years and over 1000 regular visitors, the club maintains five outdoor courts in a scenic park setting. The club promotes healthy lifestyles and popularizes badminton across Moldova through free training sessions, annual tournaments, and community events.
Victor Badminton Club este cea mai veche și mai mare organizație de badminton din Moldova, înregistrată oficial în 2002, dar funcționând din 1967 când fondatorul Ivan Petrovich Lesnik a stabilit primele terenuri de badminton în Parcul Valea Morilor, Chișinău. Clubul este o organizație comunitară non-profit, neguvernamentală, deschisă tuturor vârstelor și nivelurilor de calificare.

Summer season (April-October): Daily during daylight hours, weather permitting. Annual club tournaments held in warm months.
Price Information
Free to play. Players must bring own equipment (racket, shuttlecock, net). Annual club membership available.
Special Note
Oldest badminton club in Moldova. Founded by Ivan Petrovich Lesnik, a WWII veteran and university sports instructor. The club maintains 5 outdoor courts in a beautiful park setting by Komsomol Lake. No discrimination policy - everyone is welcome regardless of skill level.
