Badminton Ciudad del Este Club (Club Bádminton Ciudad del Este)

Badminton Ciudad del Este Club is based in Paraguay's second-largest city, Ciudad del Este, in the Alto Paraná department bordering Brazil. The sport of badminton first took root in Paraguay through the Chinese community of Ciudad del Este and the Colegio Chiang Kai-Shek before the federation was formally established in 2012. Former FPB president Chug Lee Kao is from Ciudad del Este, reflecting the city's deep connection to the sport. The club continues to promote badminton in the tri-border region and develops players who compete in national championships and the Open Guaraní tournament.

El Club Bádminton Ciudad del Este tiene su sede en la segunda ciudad más grande de Paraguay, Ciudad del Este, en el departamento de Alto Paraná fronterizo con Brasil. El bádminton echó raíces en Paraguay a través de la comunidad china de Ciudad del Este y el Colegio Chiang Kai-Shek antes de que la federación se estableciera formalmente en 2012.
